As per the popular Btown portal – Bollywood Hungama, it has been learned that the trailer for De De Pyaar De 2 will be launched in grand style on October 14, accompanied by star-studded events in two cities. A source revealed, “The trailer launch will be attended by the film’s lead actors Ajay Devgn, R. Madhavan, Rakul Preet Singh, director Anshul Sharma, producer Luv Ranjan, Bhushan Kumar, and others.”
What makes this launch special is its unique two-city format. “Instead of a single venue, the trailer will first be unveiled in Delhi on October 14, followed by a Mumbai launch event on the same day. The team is very excited about the film and confident that this novel two-city launch will generate maximum buzz.”The original De De Pyaar De told the story of a 50-year-old divorcee who falls in love with a 26-year-old woman, directed by Akiv Ali. The film focused on the humorous chaos that unfolded as he sought his family’s approval.
The sequel, directed by Anshul Sharma, introduces R. Madhavan as Rakul Preet Singh’s father. Reports suggest the plot revolves around a hilarious rivalry between Ajay Devgn and Madhavan, sparked by Rakul’s character dating a man older than her father.
