Ahmed Khan is on a winning streak! His upcoming comedy Welcome To The Jungle is progressing well, and his production Baap is gearing up for release soon, with shooting wrapped. The climax is scheduled to be wrapped up in December.” Regarding its release, he confirmed, “The film is slated for a mid-2026 release.”Produced by Firoz A. Nadiadwallah, Welcome To The Jungle boasts an ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Johny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Daler Mehndi, Mika Singh, Rahul Dev, Mukesh Tiwari, Sharib Hashmi, Inaamulhaq, Zakir Hussain, Yashpal Sharma, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani, and child actor Vrihi Kodvara.

Meanwhile, Baap stars Sunny Deol, Sanjay Dutt, Mithun Chakraborty, and Jackie Shroff, directed by Vivek Singh Chauhan. Honestly, we’ve been pestering them non-stop about when the film will hit theaters!” (laughs)When asked if Baap will release after Sunny Deol’s much-anticipated Border 2, Ahmed confirmed, “Yes, and all four actors portray really cool characters. It’s the first time they appear together onscreen, and the film has full retro vibes.”

Remembering Saroj Khan

On November 22, Ahmed paid tribute to his mentor, the legendary choreographer Saroj Khan, on her birth anniversary. He said, “She’s etched in my heart. Some people you never forget—they guide you. They show you the path, but learning to walk it is crucial. Saroj ji was that guiding light for me. Even today, whenever I’m stuck, I close my eyes and ask myself, ‘What would Saroj ji have done here?’ and somehow, I find my answer. I’m truly blessed to have worked with her.
