Captioning her reel with “Salam e ishq,” Ayesha included heart emojis in her posts. However, fans quickly expressed that she appeared “unrecognizable” in these pictures. One user commented, “Why have you destroyed your face and natural beauty?” while another asked, “Arre ye kya karke rakhe ho.. (What have you done to your face)?” Additional remarks included sentiments like, “Can’t find that cute girl anymore… anyway, God bless and keep smiling,” and “Looking nice, but natural beauty is always perfect.
This isn’t the first time Ayesha has faced criticism for her looks on social media. Earlier this year, she made a rare public appearance with her son at the airport, which led to a wave of trolling after the pictures and videos went viral. In response to the backlash, Ayesha took to Instagram to share her thoughts, explaining, “I rushed to Goa two days ago due to a medical emergency in my family… My sister has literally been in the hospital. Amidst all this, I was stopped by paps and posed for them for a few seconds before flying off. It seems there are no other important issues in the country except dissecting my looks… I’ve been bombarded with ridiculous opinions about how I should look.
