The inaugural Amazon MX Player StreamNext event brought together global marketing heavyweights like Sir Martin Sorrell and Benedict Evans, along with prominent figures from the entertainment industry. The event emphasized the shifting landscape of content consumption in India and showcased how Amazon MX Player is positioning itself as a vital partner for advertisers. Celebrities including Bobby Deol (Aashram 3), Suniel Shetty and Jackie Shroff (Hunter 2), Remo D’Souza and Malaika Arora (Hip Hop India 2), and Ashneer Grover (Rise and Fall) were in attendance, as the platform unveiled its ambitious slate of over 100 new shows for 2025.

With its hit Originals, reality shows, and a diverse selection of MX Vdesi content (including K-dramas, Turkish, and Mandarin shows), Amazon MX Player has solidified its position as one of India’s largest entertainment platforms. Karan Bedi, Head of Amazon MX Player, emphasized this, stating:
