The Border 2 team is ramping up promotions with a series of impactful events to connect with audiences ahead of the film’s release. Following the successful launches of the songs “Ghar Kab Aaoge” and “Jaate Hue Lamhon,” the cast and crew are now preparing for a significant tribute event at the Karwar Naval Base in Karnataka on Wednesday, January 14.A source shared with Bollywood Hungama, “Karwar Naval Base is a key center for the Indian Navy, home to the INS Vikrant — the iconic Indian warship. The Border 2 team will meet with naval officers and sailors for a special interaction and pay tribute to their service. The event will also feature a showcase of the film’s songs in this memorable setting.
The source added, “Since Ahan Shetty portrays a courageous naval officer in the film, the team felt it was fitting to host an event at a naval base. Fortunately, they secured the necessary permissions to make this unique tribute possible.” This naval connection continues the film’s tradition of engaging with the defense forces during its promotional activities. The song “Ghar Kab Aaoge” was launched at Longewala- Tanot near Jaisalmer on January 2, attended by hundreds of army officers and their families.
Meanwhile, “Jaate Hue Lamhon” was unveiled on January 13 at Mumbai’s United Services Club, located within a restricted Indian Navy residential cantonment.
