Jubilee, the latest web series by Vikramaditya Motwane finally getting its release on Amazon Prime as season 1 is indeed the Magnus opus in terms of content and other stuff. It has been garnering a buzz among audiences and critics alike since its trailer release. The mid-season series once again claims that Motwane is back in action and has delivered a masterpiece that pays tribute to the golden age of Indian cinema. With his incredible works like Lotera and Udaan, he has once again proved his worth in the Indian entertainment industry. 

Set against the backdrop of the partition era, Jubilee is a walk through love, power, deceit, and the consequences of the choices we make. The show revolves around the lives of three characters – a struggling actor named Vikram (Amit Sial), his wife Kalki (Konkona Sen Sharma), and their landlord, a wealthy businessman named Baadal (Neeraj Kabi).
