After a brief controversy surrounding his exit from Hera Pheri 3 that sparked widespread chatter among fans and the film’s team—including actor-producer Akshay Kumar—veteran actor Paresh Rawal is now back on board for one of Hindi cinema’s most awaited projects. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama during the promotions of Ajey – The Untold Story Of A Yogi, Paresh addressed the Hera Pheri 3 situation and shared exciting news about his upcoming film Welcome To The Jungle.
When asked about the status of Hera Pheri 3, Paresh confirmed, “Yes, all good. Work is in progress,” though he preferred not to reveal further details. He then opened up about Welcome To The Jungle, the third installment in the popular Welcome franchise.Paresh revealed, “The shoot resumes in November-December. And I believe it will be released in cinemas in March or April 2026.” He enthusiastically added, “Bahut zabardast aur bahut hi dhamaal film hai!” promising audiences a highly entertaining experience.
Welcome To The Jungle stars Paresh Rawal alongside Akshay Kumar and is produced by Firoz A. Nadiadwallah. While Hera Pheri 3 reunites Akshay, Paresh, and Suniel Shetty under director Priyadarshan, Welcome To The Jungle is directed by Ahmed Khan and features a star-studded ensemble including Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Johny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Krushna Abhishek, and many others.
The interview took place on September 13, the same day Paresh tweeted a simple “No” in response to a question about the India vs Pakistan cricket match on September 14.
