The film marks the Telugu debut of Malayalam star Prithviraj and also features Shruti Haasan, Jagapati Babu, Eshwari Rao, and Sriya Reddy in key roles.

Recently, Neel delved into the film’s genesis, revealing that the idea for Salaar had been brewing in his mind for an astonishing 15 years.
“The idea of making Saalar came to my mind 15 years ago,” Neel explained. “However, after making my first film, Ugram, I got engrossed in the KGF project, which consumed nearly eight years of my life. By the time KGF: Chapter 2 was released, eight years had passed. Despite this, the idea of Salaar remained firmly entrenched in my mind.”
