War 2 Box Office Day 3: Hrithik Roshan & Jr NTR’s Film Sells 304 Tickets Every Minute Over Last 10 Hours Despite 52% Drop in Occupancy

The Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR starrer film – War 2 has seen a noticeable dip in box office performance after capitalizing on the Independence Day holiday surge. In just two days, the film has amassed a total of ₹110 crore in India, performing strongly in both its Hindi and Telugu versions. However, War 2 is currently locked in a tough battle with Rajinikanth’s Coolie. Although War 2 narrowed the gap after Coolie’s jump on day two, the significant drop on day three may allow Coolie to widen its lead once again. Well, let us check how the film has performed these three days at the box office.
Day 3 Occupancy Numbers
We will start with the occupancy on this day. On Saturday, August 16, War 2’s Hindi version recorded a morning show occupancy of 16.2%, marking a 40% decline from the previous day. The Telugu version, which had a strong opening, also saw a decline to 25.9% occupancy for morning shows on day three.
Box Office Earnings and Milestones

According to Sacnilk’s hourly tracking, by 4 PM on day three, War 2 had already earned between ₹10-12 crore.
