Each schedule of characters in the movie is estimated to have cost Rs. 30 crore, reflecting the significant investment made by Shankar in his upcoming film. According to sources, Shankar utilized CGI and body doubles to bring the late actors Vivek and Nedumudi Venu to life on the big screen, ensuring their presence is felt in the film. Tragically, an accident on set resulted in the unfortunate loss of three staff members, leading to a prolonged delay in the project. Additionally, disagreements between Lyca Productions and Shankar caused further postponements. After a significant wait and the resolution of all issues, filming has finally concluded, and Indian 2 is now ready to captivate audiences on the big screen.
