Dream Girl 2: Nushrratt Bharuccha is disheartened to Miss the sequel & working with Ayushmann Khurrana

Nushrratt Bharuccha, the talented Bollywood actress, recently opened up about her disappointment in missing out on the opportunity to be a part of the upcoming film “Dream Girl 2”. In an interview with the Times of India, the actress expressed her regret and talked about her experience working with Ayushmann Khurrana.

“Dream Girl,” released in 2019, was a huge success and starred Ayushmann Khurrana in the lead role. The film’s sequel has been highly anticipated by fans, and many were excited to see Nushrratt Bharuccha join the cast. However, the actress revealed that she was not approached for the role and was disappointed to miss out on the opportunity.

Nushrratt Bharuccha shared that she had expressed her interest in being a part of the film, but unfortunately, things did not work out. She said, “It would have been great to be a part of ‘Dream Girl 2’, but unfortunately, I was not approached for the film. I would have loved to work with Ayushmann Khurrana again, but I guess it was not meant to be.”

The actress also spoke about her experience working with Ayushmann Khurrana in their previous film, “Dream Girl.” She shared that it was a wonderful experience and praised Ayushmann’s professionalism and talent. She said, “Ayushmann is an amazing co-star to work with. He is a brilliant actor and a great human being. I had a wonderful time working with him in ‘Dream Girl’, and I hope to work with him again in the future.”

Despite her disappointment in missing out on “Dream Girl 2,” Nushrratt Bharuccha remains positive and focused on her career. The actress has several projects lined up, including the upcoming film “Ram Setu,” in which she stars alongside Akshay Kumar and Jacqueline Fernandez.
