On the night of Sunday, June 2, an ardent self-proclaimed fan of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan made headlines when she arrived at his Panvel farmhouse, insisting on marrying him. The woman, a 24-year-old, expressed her strong desire to meet and wed the actor. However, Salman Khan was not present at the farmhouse during the incident. Concerned by the situation, both neighbors and staff at the farmhouse promptly contacted the Panvel Taluka police station. The incident caught the attention of nearby villagers, who filmed the scene.
The police took the woman into custody to ensure her safety and well-being. Subsequently, she was transferred to the Social and Evangelical Association for Love (SEAL), a non-governmental organization that provides counseling and support. This incident occurs in the midst of ongoing security concerns surrounding Salman Khan. In April 2024, his Bandra residence was targeted in an attack. Law enforcement authorities have made progress in the case, with five individuals arrested in connection with the plot.
Notably, a suspected gang member from Haryana was recently apprehended. Despite these threats, Salman Khan remains dedicated to fulfilling his professional commitments.
