Kapil Sharma made his debut as a leading actor with Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon (2015), which became a box office success thanks to the comic actor’s popularity, engaging plot, and humorous scenes. Now, the makers are gearing up for the release of the sequel, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, which is rumored to hit theaters in the coming months.
According to Bollywood Hungama, “The producers are considering several release dates, with one of the frontrunners being September 26, 2025. This date is appealing due to the lack of competition and its significance; the first part was released exactly ten years earlier, on September 25, 2015, adding a special touch to the occasion.”The source added, “A final decision on the release date has yet to be made. The filmmakers are determined to choose the best possible date for the film, confident about its box office potential.”In the meantime, the promotional strategy for Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 has generated considerable excitement.
The team has unveiled four unique posters, each corresponding to a different festival—EidRam NavamiBaisakhi, and Easter. While details remain under wraps, industry speculation suggests that these posters may hint at the film’s plot.An insider noted, “Each poster features Kapil Sharma appearing to get married in various religious traditions. This has led to speculation that the sequel may center on the protagonist marrying women from four different faiths. If accurate, this could introduce a quirky and intriguing element to the story. However, until the teaser or trailer is released, nothing is confirmed.
The first installment of Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon was directed by Abbas-Mustan, who also produced the film alongside Venus. It featured Kapil Sharma alongside Manjari FadnnisSimran Kaur MundiSai Lokur, and Elli AvrRam, telling the story of a man who reluctantly marries three times and must navigate the complexities of keeping his wives unaware of each other while managing his girlfriend. In contrast, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 will be directed by Anukalp Goswami, with Abbas-Mustan returning only as producers alongside Venus.
